  • Modern spacious apartment

    Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms both with ensuite, a well appointed kitchenette, a laundry, a large dining table and plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge. Kids loved the pool on the rooftop looking over the city and to the sea. We had breakfast up on the rooftop. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Wonderful for our short stay and we would highly recommend for a short or even longer stay.

  • Great stay in a nice part of city

    We stayed for 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment, which was surprisingly large and spacious. Each bedroom had an ensuite and there was a third toilet in a small laundry room. The hotel organized a taxi to pick us up at the airport at 2 am when we arrived which was greatly appreciated (35USD).We used the pool on the roof, great views over the city towards the ocean, although I didn’t see any signs of the bar mentioned. The hotel is by a corner block, across the road is a very good Indian (the Mango Tree), and within a few minutes walk to the Cricket Club Café, a very nice bar/café, and there are a number of other restaurants nearby as well as a few convenience shops. The size of the room, the helpful staff and the location all added up to a great stay, I would stay again and recommend to friends.

  • Home away from home

    Recently we stayed at Rococo Residence for the second time. First time we stayed in the 3-bedroom-appartment which is the best. But also the two bedroom appartment is very spacious and well equiped: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area. The WiFi is good en DVD-players are available on request. There’s a rooftop pool and bar with great view over the city. So nothing else to wish for: everything was perfect, especially the service. Nothing was too much and everything with a smile. When next time in Colombo Rococo Residence is definitely going to be our home away from home again!

  • Had a great time in this accommodation

    Spent two nights in Rococo Residence with my family. Would like to visit again when we come to Sri Lanka. Excellent customer service and room service, open plan kitchen and pantry and easy access location. Size of the apartment (three bedroom-three bathrooms) makes us more comfortable. Thank you for providing us a great stay and look after our son’s birthday cake until we come.

  • The penthouse was excellent.

    The penthouse was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and beautiful. The staff were really polite, professional and helpful. The pool on the rooftop was another highlight. Excellent stay!

  • Would definitely book again

    Even more spacious than expected with two large lounge areas and in a perfect location to walk or tuk tuk to restaurants and for shopping. Roof top pool an added bonus, clean with fresh towels and great views. For a family of five this was a great option compared to booking three hotel rooms. Actually could sleep seven as there was a ‘maids’ bedroom for those that are so inclined.

    Very helpful staff- brought breakfast up to the rooftop for us and moved furniture round to set us in the shade. Very accommodating about arranging airport transfer and giving us access to facilities after check out
